St. Rose Distillery All of these brandys are made by Fred Nunes in his copper alambic pot still at St. Rose Distillery, part of the estate winery at Nunes Vineyard. These are very small productions that he creates as they strike his fancy.
	St. Rose Marc Brandy ~ $32 Made from Nunes Vineyard Pinot Noir, this clear marc brandy was double distilled in a copper pot still. 120 bottes produced 375 ML
	Angels Breath Brandy ~ $42 Made from Nunes Vineyard Pinot Noir, this subtle brandy was double distilled in Fred's copper alambic pot still and spent 8 years in neutral French Chardonnay barrels. 600 bottes produced 375 ML
	St. Rose Brandy ~ SOLD OUT Made from Nunes Vineyard Pinot Noir, this brandy was double distilled in Fred's copper alambic pot still and spent 8 years in neutral French Chardonnay barrels, after a bit of new French oak. 600 bottes produced 375 ML
